Once the account is setup you can request a quote or submit an order. Please fill out your quote or order as precise as possible. Below you can download the form you need and fax it to (941) 923-0371. The files can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Window Craftsmen has created a new order form (PDF file) that allows you to fill out your order in Adobe Reader. Eventually all forms will have this feature. A link on this page will direct you to the free download of Reader if needed.

The form is very easy to use, you just click on an area you wish to type in or highlight. Once you complete filling in the order, just print the order, sign it and fax it to (941) 923-0371.

Please be aware we do not sell directly to the public. If you wish to purchase a Window Craftsmen product you must go through a licensed contractor that carries our line. We will be happy to assist you in locating a contractor. Just email your address / phone and we can supply you with a list of contractors in your area.
